Senior Manager, Planning and Fulfillment

The Sr.
Manager, Planning and Fulfillment is responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the Activewear business.
They will lead a team that collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics and Distribution to drive sales growth, OTIF improvement and inventory turns improvement.
They will also be responsible for managing inventory cost to achieve desired delivery targets while also meeting business cash targets.
This role will be directly responsible for tracking & communicating performance to executive leadership monthly and be a primary contact for key customer accounts.
This individual will be responsible for being the supply leader within the S&OP process.
This role will require someone with the ability to design a planning organization & develop talent, implement supply chain best practices, define standard KPI's to measure performance, develop processes to optimize product flow to support various business channels (wholesale, owned e-commerce and owned retail), and lead technology integrations to support all planning processes.
Operations Support the development of short and long term capacity plans to support customer demand while balancing the trade-offs between costs, customer service and inventory investment.
Anticipate risks to achieving sales, inventory, capacity plans and drive resolution in advance.
Manage the planning support for multiple product lines by identifying the appropriate planning methodology for different customer channels and product segments.
Own system integrity of all planning systems to ensure accurate information is being provided to make business decisions.
Lead the Pre-S&OP supply and capacity review process to support the S&OP process.
Partner with Businesses and Operations in the region to ensure the linkage between Demand and Supply and inventory commitments.
Drive improvements to the overall S&OP process and adoption of new tools and processes.
Provide key inputs to the annual operating plan commitment (OPC) and financial projection process including projected production and inventory projections.
Liaison with regional stakeholders communicating manufacturing strategy and network changes.
Define standard metrics to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly planning processes which include measuring the execution of manufacturing plans & delivery performance of all distributions centers that support the business.
Participate in concept to customer lifecycle to analyze impact to capacity and to provide key input for 'where make' decisions.
Develop ad-hoc reports as needed to identify and communicate key planning issues.
Prepare documents for cross-functional and executive-level meetings.
Perform other ad hoc analysis and duties as required.

Provide leadership and development to team including accurate and timely feedback regarding performance and expectations.
Drive changes in process & mindset while improving processes and eliminating inefficienciesPartner with IT to build business case for investments in software to simplify and improve the business results from the planning processExperience/Skills/Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, math, computer science, supply chain management, or a related field.

years of experience with 3-5 years of relevant planning experienceDemonstrated experience with integrated business planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Blue Yonder, etc.
)Experience building new organizational structure within planning, including identifying, developing and recruiting talent.
Understand financial drivers and balance conflicting goals to recommend alternative courses of action.
Ability to influence people at different levels of the organization and challenge them based on the data, facts and analytics, in order to achieve the best recommendation for the business.
Must be able to meet deadlines and produce results in a timely and accurate manner.
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detailExcellent analytical skills.
Mastery of MS Office tools is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills/Education:
Certification in APICS, CPIM or CSCP is preferred.
Advanced degree in supply chain, engineering, math, computer science, supply chain management, or a related field.
Lean or Green belt certificationBasic SQL and database knowledge is a plus.
